1. Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, work email, company, country, project context, budget range and timeline. Please do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
2. How we use inquiry data
We use inquiry information to assess your request, reply, prepare for a conversation and maintain a record of business correspondence. We do not use the form to enrol you in an automated marketing sequence without a separate basis or choice.
3. Email processing
Form submissions may be delivered through Resend and received by Tervyn’s configured email provider. These providers process data to transmit and store the correspondence under their respective terms and security practices.
4. Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. This can include network and browser information. The form also uses a hidden honeypot and submission-rate controls.
5. Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregated page and interaction information needed to understand site performance. Inquiry text, contact details and other form contents are not sent as analytics events.
6. Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate a project, maintain business records, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. A confirmed retention schedule must be added before production based on Tervyn’s legal and operational requirements.
7. Sharing
We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website, spam protection and email delivery, or when disclosure is required to protect rights or comply with law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
9. International processing
Tervyn works globally and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Appropriate legal details and safeguards must be confirmed before production.
